DE STRESS BY "BREATHING"
Try this deep yogic breathing to release building stress:
Inhale for a count of three, then exhale for a count of four. Next, inhale for a count of three and hold for a count of three then exhale for a count of four - gradually working your way up to inhaling for four, holding for four and exhaling for a count of six.
